Friendly service and a lobby restaurant onsite. Freshly renovated and new-fashioned room, with nice touches and comfortable decor.

Freshly renovated and modern rooms with awesome view and pleasant bar area. Location really close to sights and buildings commemorating Iceland's mediaeval poet, Snorri Sturluson, a pretty church and Reykjavik and the Snaefellsnes peninsula.

The room is functional and high-class with a mini- fridge. Its location close to the glacier is good and beautiful.

The hot tub - but could have done with changing area by tub. The sitting room as part of the bedroom.

We enjoyed the unique aspects of the hotel, such as the wellness rooms and the focus on Norse mythology. The room size was large, which was excellend.
The hot pots (hot tubs) could have been cleaner and the water was far too hot. Other hotels regulated the temperature, so it is possible. Also, the hotel lacked flair and seemed a bit old and run down.

Stunning location near the sites we planned to visit, in the extremely comfortable area. Again, not far from an independent research centre.

my room was huge & functional with fridge, a double bed, underfloor heating. the service was perfect, the breakfast was great. the hotel was in a marvellous location very close to the tourist attractions, and the venue's restaurant. it also was close to the church of the village.

The restaurant here was amazing with tasty food, we both ordered hot dishes. The venue's position was remote.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and fantastic showers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is located in a picturesque village, driving distance from hot springs, waterfalls, and volcanoes. The on-site restaurant is superb with a great dinner menu and breakfast selection. Additionally, there are free hot pools and a sauna available for guests to use. a great choice for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The place just in the middle of a beautiful place full of story. And the breakfast was varied and complete.
The bathroom was terrible because the shower was directly on the flloor without any separation from the rest of the bathroom. Furthermore, tje washbasin was small and so the mirror.

We were the only people staying (another couple turned up later in the evening) which freaked us out at first - the place is huge, but actually made it perfect for a reunion with friends and my little daughter could also run about. The food was good (but obviously expensive), the hotel interesting, if a little surreal. Good fun. Rooms huge. Service great and hospitable. Lots of rooms to hang out in.

Think that this modern and lovely cozy hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The property is clean and big size, has amicable staff and favourable location right near Husafell where there are loads of activities:)))
